1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the ck1991 platform at https://ck1991.app (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "ck1991"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of any part of the Platform, including browsing game pages, depositing funds, or placing bets, constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms as they stand at the time of use.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

ck1991 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, except where required by applicable law. The most current version of these terms will always be published at https://ck1991.app/terms-conditions with an updated effective date at the top of the page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Material changes that significantly affect player rights will be communicated via a platform notification or email where reasonably practicable.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or discrepancy, the English-language version shall prevail. ck1991 operates primarily in English across its platform, customer support communications, and all legal documentation.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the ck1991 platform, you must satisfy ALL of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of any business, partnership, or other entity;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of ck1991 or any of its affiliated companies, or a close family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an account permanently closed by ck1991 for breach of these terms;
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2.1 Age Verification

ck1991 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to before processing a player's first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.2 Underage Gambling

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any costs incurred in processing the refund. Any winnings generated while the account was active will be forfeited in full. ck1991 may refer the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of ck1991 services — including placing bets, depositing funds, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account on the Platform. Registration is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any of these details change. ck1991 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ck1991. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck1991 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without notice;
• Consolidate balances into a single account at ck1991's sole discretion;
• Void any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts;
• Withhold any winnings generated through accounts opened in breach of this rule.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ck1991 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ck1991 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with standard anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. As part of this programme, the Platform may request additional identity documents, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation at any time. Players who do not complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may have their withdrawal rights temporarily suspended until the process is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ck1991 supports a range of payment methods designed for the Bangladeshi market. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck1991 does not accept payment in cryptocurrencies or any currency other than BDT unless explicitly stated in a separate payment policy update.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (select issuing banks)
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank (subject to availability)

ck1991 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time. The current list of supported methods is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit and daily aggregate deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit in the cashier. Players may set personal deposit limits below the platform maximum from their account settings at any time as part of our responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ck1991 within one to two business hours for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit on the account. ck1991 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Transaction Integrity

ck1991 reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other conduct that breaches these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ck1991 may request additional documentation from the player before releasing funds. All transactions are logged and subject to routine compliance review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ck1991 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms stated at the point of offer. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific offer terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds, free spin winnings, and promotional credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for completion are stated clearly on each individual bonus offer page. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ck1991 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities, individually or in combination, may constitute bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of bonus balances, withholding of associated winnings, and potential account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus offer more than once;
• Using bonus funds exclusively on games that contribute minimally to wagering requirements for the purpose of retaining the bonus balance;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms through matched betting, arbitrage, or other systematic strategies;
• Providing false registration information to claim a welcome or first-deposit bonus.

5.3 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ck1991 may run limited-time promotional offers tied to major events including but not limited to the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). Such promotions are governed by their own specific terms published at the time of the offer and are subject to availability.

5.4 ck1991's Right to Withdraw Offers

ck1991 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered will not be removed mid-cycle without reasonable cause.

6 Prohibited Conduct

By using ck1991, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and where applicable, legal action.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, database, or system component of ck1991;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with dealers in live casino games;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account verification processes;
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activities or in a manner designed to launder money through the Platform;
• Making chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with ck1991 support;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck1991 staff, support agents, or other players through any channel;
• Publishing, sharing, or otherwise disseminating false or misleading information about ck1991 on any public platform.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

ck1991 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may give rise to suspension or closure:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring the restriction or closure of the account;
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee or closure, with prior notification sent to the registered email address.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their ck1991 account at any time by contacting support via live chat on the Platform or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within five business days.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened and no new account may be registered by the same individual. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to the support team and will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck1991 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to live game feeds;
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances that are promptly corrected by ck1991 upon discovery;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

8.1 Platform Availability

ck1991 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available on a continuous basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, power failures, government actions, or civil unrest.

8.2 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, ck1991 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the staked amount to the player's account. ck1991 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such malfunctions. The principle of "malfunction voids all pays and play" applies across all games on the Platform.

8.3 Contact for Disputes

If you believe that a transaction or game outcome on ck1991 has been handled incorrectly, you must contact our support team within 30 days of the event in question. Our support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) and aims to resolve all disputes within 72 hours of receipt.
